Outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read. - Groucho Marx
Book Title - Book Series
Occasionally there comes a book that just hits where it counts and you have to put that one on the keeper shelf. Here are some single title books that We Really Dig Romance Novels has put in our favorites list. |
Sometimes we pick up a book only to find out later that it is part of a series, other times we have a favorite author that we find out is starting up a series that sounds interesting. This page is a list of the series that We Really Dig Romance Novels has been following. |

A couple Contemporary books of amnesia is She's My Mom and Mystery Wife. A book about a single father of six is Happy Father's Day by Barbara Faith. A book who stars a lady who is deaf is A Love Beyond Words by Sherryl Woods. Most Amanda Quick, any Seven Brides or The Cowboy's Series from Leigh Greenwood and any historical Julie Garwood. The first books from these authors that pop to mind are Deception by Amanda Quick, Seven Brides: Lilly by Leigh Greenwood and The Lion's Lady by Julie Garwood which was the first I had read for both Leigh Greenwood and Julie Garwood. A couple of Amanda Ashley books that are really good are Deeper Than The Night and Sunlight Moonlight, both books have aliens with vampire caractoristics. Sunlight, Moonlight is actually two stories with Sunlight being an Alien and Moonlight being a vampire. Breath of Magic by Teresa Medeiros |
Sherrilyn Kenyon's paranormal Dark-Hunters. Sherrilyn Kenyon's paranormal Dark-Hunters (Dark-Hunter, Were-Hunter and Dream-Hunters) are well worth the price and then some. I have all of them on my keeper shelf. Although at the moment Night Play and Acheron are my favorites I have to admit that I can't get enough of Ash and Simmi. And let me not forget to mention all the "Wings in the Night" books by Maggie Shayne. The first three: Twilight Phantasies, Twilight Memories & Twilight Illusions re-released in one book called 'Wings in the Night'. Beyond Twilight & Born In Twilight the next books are re-released in one book called "At Twilight". Then there is Twilight Vows | Twilight Hunger | Embrace The Twilight | Edge of Twilight. Christine Feehan's "Dark" or "Carpathian" series started with Dark Prince followed by Dark Desire although it is hard for me to say I like any of them better than the others. |
I just can't say enough about any of these books, that's one reason they are on my favorites list.
And just in case you are interested, the following books are the very first I read in each category
