Individual Note: "Ted" worked as a mechanic for many years for the Union Pacific Railroad. He and his wife, Ikey, acquired several pieces of property in Cheyenne and were well known for being caring, very attentive landlords who took excellent care of both tenants and property. Ted was a very hard worker all his life. He was very proud that he came from "Good, strong German stock."

Individual Note: Lorna was a fantastic person. Had a wonderful since of humor and always made visitors to her home feel very welcomed and encouraged to return. Lorna enjoyed working in her yard and grew beautiful flowers.

Individual Note: Robert Harden Wilton died in Petersburg, NB. at 6 a.m. due to diabetis. He had immigrated to the United States about July, 1867 with wife, son, parents-in-law and wife's siblings. He and family first settled in Dyersville, Iowa, later (about 1877) to the Petersburg area of Boone Co., NB. Robert was a farmer in Nebraska, as his son, Sidney, grandson, Paul, and great grandson, Warren W. Wilton.

Individual Note: At the gravesite (lot 87) in Petersburg, NB. Frederick is buried with his parents. His tombstone merely mentions "Frederick, 8 months old." He MAY have died either in Dec. 1878 or Jan. 1879.

Individual Note: Clyde Arthur had gone to visit his brother, John in Monmouth, Illinois. While there he was kicked in the head by a horse and died of those injuries. He was brought back to Petersbur, NB. and is buried with his parents in lot 87. He was 17 years old.

Individual Note: According to Ella's daughter, Mary Lee, Ella was extremely proud of her Irish heritage AND of her southern roots. Apparently whenever Ella heard "Dixie" she would rise in honor, no matter where she was. She also had a very good sence of humor, passed along to her daughter. "I wished I could have known her" researcher and granddaughter.
