Individual Note: John Pixler and Peggy Rench were married in Darke Co., OH on April 7, 1819 by David Briggs, J. P. (Marriage Book 1, pg. 4). In 1819 Briggs lived in or very near the town of Greenville. John took a land grant in Darke Co., OH on Dec. 10, 1832. John and Margaret "Peggy" sold 30 acres off of north end of west one-half of Section 11, Town 10, Range 3 to Christopher Miller on July 16, 1833. John and Margaret are on the census of Adams Twp., Darke Co., OH 1860, John aged 70 born in PA, Margaret aged 58 born in PA. John and Margaret are on the census of Adams Twp., Darke Co., OH 1870, John aged 80, born in PA, Margaret aged 71 born in PA. The children of John and Margaret, namely Elizabeth who married David Wise, and Katharine who married Zackariah Marker, are speculation on my part - JHB.

Individual Note: Henry was a Vet of the War of 1812. He is listed on the 1827 local census of Newton Twp., Miami Co., OH. Henry's first wife was Susannah Deeter. She died a couple of months after Henry married her without (known) issue. Then within six months, Henry remarried to Barbara Rench.
Henry is buried in Sugar Grove Cemetery, Newton Twp., Miami Co., OH.

Individual Note: Judge Henry Barnhart was born at the Trappe (30 miles from Philadelphia). The Barnhart farm was near Dowdeys hole and was made famous by the writings of Martha Barnhart Harper. The Barnhart German family bible was edited by Martin Luther.
Henry was born 30 miles from Philadelphia, in a place called the 'Trappe.' He moved to Lycoming Co. and settled near Jersey Shore in 1788. 1806 he moved to the Bald Eagle Valley and settled.

I have three dates for Henry's birth, one is April 10, 1791 and the other from Jane C. Baum is the year 1785. According to "History of Centre and Clinton Counties" PA, by John Blair Linn, pg. 176, Henry was born in the year 1786.

Individual Note: Henry "Harry" moved to Idaho and became a muched loved citizen of the community of Pocatello. Upon his death the citizens named a mountain peak in his honor - "Kinport Peak."
He had a daughter, who died at a young age. Her name was Willo'een.
Harry was buried in the Masonic Cemetery in Pocatello, ID next to his beloved daughter.
