     Died of Ruptured appendix.
In the 1910 U. S. Federal Census, Ernest G. Dunn was listed as age 29 living in Hancock County. I'm not sure if this is the same Ernest Dunn. His wife was Verda M. age 25. their child was George, age 2. A daughter, Ruth, NR was also listed.
In the Hancock County Cemetery Inscriptions for Pleasant Township - McComb Union Cemetery, Ernest E. Dunn b. 1876 d. 1907 is listed as being burried by Myrtle Dunn Finney b. 1882, d. 1946. This could be his wife and she could have remarried a Finney afte Ernest died.

Yes, I can give you lots of information about that part of the family. Ralph dunn was my maternal grandfather. His brothers were Robert and Frank and his sister Ella. They (and their spouses) have all passed on at this point except for Bob's wife, Clara. She has remarried and I can see if I can get her address from my mother. I'll also ask her for Myrtle's maiden name.
Myrtle did remarry -- I think in the 30's or 40's to Jim Finney. I think Ernest died of a burst appendix (or something simple like that), but I'll double check with my mom. He died when Ella was just a baby. Myrtle lived on the family farm until she married Jim. My mother remembers visiting her there often.
Frank was the first of that generation to die -- he died in the 70's of complications from diabetes. His wife, Troas, died just in the last couple of years. They had five children, Don, Marvin, Eugene, Buck and Phyllis. Don died last year. Marv, Buck and Phyllis (Franklin) all live in Bowling Green, Ohio. Eugene lives in Vanlue, OH. Don's children are carring on their father's and uncle's business, the Dunn Funeral Home in Bowling Green.

Bob died in the late 70's or early 80's. He married Clara and they had two children -- Barbara and Harry. They lived on the family farm. I believe Clara still owns the farm, but I'm not sure if she lives there part of the year or not. Clara could probably give you much information on the Dunns.

I can't remember if Ella or my grandfather died next, but I'll give you my grandfather's information. Ralph married Mary Jane Stimmel on January 18, 1926 in Bowling Green. They had three childre, Margaret (Koch), Marilyn June (Winner), and Lois (Chartier -- my mother). Margaret married Charles Koch and they have two children -- Michael who lives in Tampa, FL, and Karen (Exton) in Toledo. Margaret and Chuck live in Toledo also. Marily (who goes by June) married James Winner (they live in Maumee) and they have two children -- Jane (Todd) who lives around North Baltimore, OH and Judith (Schindler) who lives in the Toledo area. Jane was first married to Dennis Moening, who died several years ago. They had two children -- James who married Kate and they have a daughter and Jennifer, who lives around Toledo. Lois married Victor Chartier and they live in Tiffin (where Ralph and Mary Jane also lived). They had three children -- Charles who married Josei (Manahan) -- they have three children -- Holly, Heather and Gabrielle and live in Monclova, OH; Victor, Jr. who married Kathy (Hoffman) and they have one daughter, Ashlie, and live in Tiffin; and me, Leslie, who lives in Madison, WI.

Ella married Donald Leatherman and I don't have as much information on their children. I'll check with my mother on that They lived in Hoytville, OH.

I hope this gives you a start. I'll pass on the information from my mother as soon as I can.
