ELECTED DISTRICT ATTORNEY, AN OFFICE HE HELD UNTIL 1865. IN 1866,
HE WAS ELECTED TO THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND RE-ELECTED IN
1867. DIED IN 1873, 36 YEARS OLD.
