     After Solomon's first wife (Sarah Hardman) died, he married Esther Morgan and the later (1870/1880) removed to Indiana. Solomon was a member of the German Baptist Churcch. On the 1850 census he was listed in Newberry Twp., Miami Co., OH as a blacksmith. He had six children by his first wife and another seven by his second.
He is buried in Union Cemetery, Eaton, Breble Co., OH.
